Limited Warranty Statement

All Maruyama skid sprayers are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of retail purchase, for the time periods listed as follows:

ONE YEAR for: Industrial, commercial, institutional, residential and income producing use.

90 DAYS for rental use.

Components with exceptions are as follows:

• Maruyama Piston Pumps are warranted for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser. (90 days for rental use)
• Honda engines are warrantied through Honda’s 3-year General Purpose Engine Warranty.
• Hose reels are covered under the specific hose reel manufacturer warranty. 

All other components, including but not limited to: frame, tank, tank fittings, hoses, hose connections, filters, spray guns, and pressure gauges, fall under the Skid Sprayer One Year Limited Warranty. 

Any part of a Maruyama skid found to be defective within the applicable warranty period shall, at Maruyama’s option, be repaired or replaced without charge. Warranty consideration is obtained by delivering the skid believed to be defective to an Authorized Maruyama Service Dealer within the applicable warranty period. 

This Warranty does not cover the following:

• Maintenance Items (excluding defects in materials or workmanship) including but not limited to hoses, filters, swivels, belts, pump, or regulator; cleaning, adjustment, rebuild, or replacement due to normal use or wear.
• Extra expenses including shipping and handling, travel, payment for lost time or pay, and for any inconvenience and storage.
• Alterations or modifications including aftermarket parts not authorized by Maruyama.
• Wear, accident, abuse, neglect, misuse, negligence, improper pump maintenance or lubrication, use of caustic or incompatible chemicals, and freeze damage.
