Warehouse Clerk
Location: Maruyama U.S., Inc. – Grand Prairie, Texas
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Job Summary
Maruyama U.S., Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations at our Grand Prairie warehouse. This role involves basic warehouse functions such as picking, packing, shipping, and light product assembly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with light product assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support general warehouse operations as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience operating a forklift
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and move packages (typical warehouse materials)
- Basic mechanical or assembly skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable with a positive work ethic
- Able to work standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Technical Support Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to distributors, dealers, and customers by answering tech support calls and emails involving equipment and process issues
- Process warranty claims and keep cases organized and moving
- Work directly with 2‑cycle engines, outdoor power equipment, and spray equipment — real tools, real troubleshooting
- Assemble and operate equipment for demos, testing, and training sessions
- Join ongoing product and engine training to level up your technical skills
- Contribute ideas to improve products and support materials
What You Bring
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication and organization skills; excellent English skills, Spanish is a bonus
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Extras
- Experience as a Service Technician or Service Writer involving powersports, outdoor power equipment, or pump and spray equipment
- Technical school or industry certifications related to power equipment and 2‑stroke engines (i.e., EETC, Honda, Echo, Stihl, Briggs, Kubota, etc.)

Territory Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Position Summary
As an Entry-Level Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Maruyama to our distribution network. You’ll work both in the office and out in the field visiting dealers, presenting products, and building strong business relationships. What You’ll Do
- Distributor Visits: Travel within your assigned territory to meet dealers, promote products, and strengthen partnerships
- Domestic Travel: Occasionally travel to other regions within the United States for training, company events, dealer support, or special assignments
- Outdoor Demonstrations: Perform hands-on equipment demos for dealers and professional users, showcasing performance, durability, and ease of use
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging, tech-friendly product demos that highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our equipment and technology — we’ll train you, and you’ll grow fast
- Professional User Support: Assist dealers when selling to landscapers and other commercial users by providing product training, demonstrations, competitive comparisons, and support with parts and warranty questions
- Hit Goals: Work toward monthly sales targets and KPIs that help you track your progress and success
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, positive relationships with dealers and support their needs
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
- Reporting: Share updates on leads, visits, and sales progress with the sales manager
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support company goals
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Tech-savvy mindset — comfortable learning new tools, systems, and product technology
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Comfort working outdoors and performing equipment demonstrations
- Interest or experience in commercial landscaping, outdoor power equipment, or B2B sales is preferred
